Momentum is building at Lift Women’s Foundation as we continue expanding programs and opportunities designed to strengthen women’s economic mobility and financial independence.
Over the past year, Lift has been intentionally investing in the infrastructure, partnerships, branding, and programming needed to grow our impact and reach more women and communities. Each step has been part of a broader vision: creating meaningful pathways for women to build stronger futures.
Now, Lift Women’s Foundation is proud to launch the Next Chapter Scholarship. This new initiative is designed to support women pursuing education, workforce training, career advancement, and workforce re-entry opportunities.
The scholarship was created through thoughtful research, planning, and conversation around one important question: What are the most effective ways to positively impact a woman’s long-term economic stability?
Again and again, one answer stood out clearly: education matters.
Research consistently shows that education and workforce training can increase earning potential, expand career opportunities, improve financial stability, and create greater long-term economic mobility. For many women, access to education becomes a powerful lever toward greater independence and opportunity. Women create ripple effects because when they rise, they bring their families and communities with them.
At the same time, many women face significant barriers to continuing education or pursuing new career pathways. Some step away from educational goals while raising children, caring for loved ones, navigating financial hardship, or adapting to unexpected life changes. When they are finally ready to pursue new opportunities, the cost of education or training can feel out of reach.
The Next Chapter Scholarship was created to help remove some of those barriers and invest in women ready to take the next step forward.
“At Lift Women’s Foundation, we believe women’s potential exists in every community, but opportunity does not always exist equally,” said Amy Jones, President of Lift Women’s Foundation. “This scholarship is about helping more women access the education and training opportunities that can strengthen economic mobility and create long-term impact for families and communities.”
The scholarship is open to women pursuing education, certifications, workforce training, career advancement, or workforce re-entry opportunities. Importantly, the opportunity is not limited to Royal Neighbors members, as Lift seeks to expand its reach and impact within communities nationwide.
As Lift Women’s Foundation continues building momentum, the organization remains focused on creating practical, meaningful pathways that help women build businesses, careers, financial stability, and stronger futures.
Because when women have opportunity, communities thrive.
